CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

All reservations are payable, either online or on site. In the event of a cancellation where you have opted to pay on site we will be obliged to charge the card registered with the reservation before providing a credit voucher refund.

• > 7 days advance notice = 100% credit voucher reimbursement.

• < 7 days and > 24 hours notice = 75% credit voucher reimbursement.

• < 24 hours notice = 50% credit voucher reimbursement.

• No show without cancellation (< 60 mins) = no credit voucher reimbursement.

*all credit vouchers are valid for 24 months from the original booking date and offered for the same golf or package type as the original booking.

** policy applies equally to partial cancellations and reschedulings .

*** in the case of additional participant requests we’ll do our very best to adapt and accommodate but for the group packages we can only guarantee a private zone and the number of playing groups relative to the size of the original booking.

GROUP PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS

Group bookings available from a minimum of 5 people and for up to 100 people.

Each of our experience packages lasts 2 hours.

Minimum 35 people for private hire of entire venue outside of opening hours.

Swiss law for a “salon de jeux” requires that children under 16 years old be accompanied at all times. Therefore group packages with children need at least one adult for every playing group of maximum 8 children.

Booking multiple time slots for the same collective group violates our terms and conditions, and will therefore be cancelled. 

Group bookings for more than 9 people in total are only possible through a group package reservation.

CONDUCT

Any deliberate act of vandalism or reckless negligence that contravenes the publicly displayed ‘swinging rules’ in each establishment, will be charged to the responsible party. A cautionary amount, including an administrative fee, may be held or charged to the registered credit card in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
